Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Free Up Storage app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app or attempt to derive its source code.
Subscriptions & Purchases
The app offers the following options, purchased through your Apple ID:
- Weekly — $5.99 per week, with a 7-day free trial (auto-renewing)
- Yearly — $29.99 per year (auto-renewing)
- Lifetime — $39.99 one-time purchase
Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by the provider.
Free vs. Pro
Scanning your device and previewing what can be cleaned is always free. Performing cleanup actions — deleting photos, cleaning or unsubscribing from email, and merging or backing up contacts — requires an active Pro subscription or the Lifetime purchase.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the app and agree to these Terms.
Acceptable Use & Your Data
The app modifies your photos, contacts, and email only as you direct. Deleted photos are moved to your device's Recently Deleted album and can be recovered for 30 days. You are responsible for reviewing items before confirming deletion.
Termination
The provider may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms (with 14 days to cure where curable), or immediately for legal violations or conduct that harms other users or the service.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provider excludes liability for indirect or consequential damages, while retaining responsibility for injury caused by negligence, fraud, and any liability that cannot be legally excluded. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Third-Party Services
The app uses RevenueCat, Sentry, and the Google Gmail API, each governed by its own terms and privacy policies.
Indemnification
You agree to hold the provider harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the app.
